Stolen bins

If your bin has been stolen, please do the following:

•  Call the Police Communications Centre on 13 14 44 to report the theft, and obtain a report number.
•  Once you have the report number, call (08) 9257 9835 and provide the customer service officer with your address, contact phone number and report number.
•  While waiting for a replacement bin or repairs place your rubbish in a plastic bag.
•  Bin deliveries will take between five to seven working days.

Please note that there is no bin replacement charge.

Damaged bins

• If your bin has been damaged, please do the following:
•  Call (08) 9257 9835 for repairs.
•  Ensure you give the correct address and a contact phone number.
•  Ensure the bin is in an accessible location for the driver to collect.
•  While waiting for a replacement bin or repairs place your rubbish in a plastic bag.
•  Bin deliveries will take between five to seven working days.
