Stolen bins


If your bin has been stolen, please take the following action:
 

•  Call the Police Communications Centre on 131 444 to report the theft, and obtain a report number.
•  Once you have the report number, call 9449 3344 and provide the customer service officer with your address, contact phone number and report number.
•  While waiting for a replacement bin or repairs place your rubbish in a plastic bag.
•  Bin deliveries will take approximately five working days.

Please note that there is no bin replacement charge.


Damaged bins


If your bin has been damaged, please do the following:

•  Call 9449 3344 for repairs.
•  Ensure you give the correct address and a contact phone number.
•  Ensure the bin is in an accessible location for the driver to collect.
•  While waiting for a replacement bin or repairs place your rubbish in a plastic bag.
•  Bin deliveries will take approximately five working days.
