Schools from Perth's Eastern Region are encouraged to take a free tour of EMRC's Red Hill Waste Management Facility and find out how their rubbish is being managed safely and responsibly; including the different ways waste can be turned back into a resource. The tour provides an engaging, visually memorable experience of waste and the work required to manage it. Waste education officers, guiding the tour, provide the students with entertaining and informative commentary tailored to their age.
