Tip/Transfer Station Passes
Residents may obtain tip passes to the Transfer Station in lieu of the bulk bins. Tip passes do not cover the disposal of building materials. Vehicles containing building rubbish will be placed on a weighbridge and charged at the current rate of disposal.

Tip passes must be collected from the City’s Administration Centre or the Max Tulley Office and Information Centre (opposite the Post Office in Morley Galleria), upon presentation of current identification.
