Stolen or damaged bins

If your bin has been stolen or damaged, then you should do the following:

• Ring 9449 3338 for a free replacement bin or for repairs
• Ensure you give the correct address and a contact phone number
• Ensure the bin is accessible for the driver
• While waiting for a replacement bin or repairs, place your rubbish in a plastic bag.

Bin repairs or bin deliveries take place on Wednesdays or Fridays, between the times of 7.00am to 5.00pm.
