Stolen Bins
If your bin has been stolen, please do the following:
- Call the Police Communications Centre on 131 444 to report the theft, and obtain a report number.
- Once you have the report number, call 9449 3344 and provide the customer service officer with your address, contact phone number and report number.
- While waiting for a replacement bin or repairs place your rubbish in a plastic bag.
- Bin deliveries will take approximately five working days.
Please note that there is no bin replacement charge.
Damaged Bins
If your bin has been damaged, please do the following:
- Call 9449 3344 for repairs.
- Ensure you give the correct address and a contact phone number.
- Ensure the bin is in an accessible location for the driver to collect.
- While waiting for a replacement bin or repairs place your rubbish in a plastic bag.
- Bin deliveries will take approximately five working days.
